This invigorating vinyasa flow class is designed to nurture and uplift your body, mind, and spirit. You'll be guided through a fluid and dynamic sequence of postures synchronized to the rhythm of your breath to help you cultivate a greater sense of presence, inner strength, and grace.

Calm your mind, actively stretch, and practice breath awareness as you ease into the evening with this Yin class. Yin can be described as a slower paced, passive practice focusing on stillness and the deeper connective tissues of the body. Roni is a certified, registered and experienced Yoga instructor, certified Life Coach, Energy Coach, and Energy Healer in several energy modalities. She is a gifted intuitive, leader, motivator, guide and teacher. She has been working with individuals and groups in the health and wellness field for 30 plus years. She is dedicated to cause a difference in the world by shifting the perception of each individual as being powerless into discovering his or her own inner power, creativity and divinity.  She received her B.A. from the University of Colorado, and has studied physiology and nutrition in depth. She currently has her Life Coaching Certification from the Southwest Institute of the Healing Arts, and is a certified LifeForce Coach, Spirit Guide Coach, and Book of Life Specialist (reading the Akashic Records) through the Deborah King Center. She has studied Clinical Qigong for 2 years under the direction of Debra Lin Allen, and 6 years under the Masters at the Dahn Center. She has certification as a Dahn Healer, and a Yoga Teacher 200 hour certification through Littleton Yoga Center. She has completed her basic training in SourcePoint Therapy and has completed Advanced Chakra Healing through Energy Medicine Specialists.

She is honored and excited to combine her expertise with her friend and business partner Shawna.

Jackie is RYT 500. She believes that yoga can awaken us to the vast capacity of our hearts, minds, and spirits so that we can live more wholehearted and fulfilling lives. Through her flowing sequences and heart centered intention she creates an environment for each student to embody clarity, strength, and balance. Jackie’s goal is to safely guide students through each posture while encouraging them to find what works for their own unique body so they can experience the power, freedom, and presence that yoga offers. With over 15 years of teaching experience, Jackie continues to study, practice, and learn about yoga so that she can evolve her teaching and share this wisdom with her students. Over the years she has completed numerous yoga trainings in power vinyasa, yin, and Hatha yoga styles.

Brandi, RYT 200, began her yoga journey in 2014, seeking a way to ease everyday stresses and the anxiety following grief & loss. She completed a 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in 2016, and has since received certifications in Restorative, Yin, and Yoga Nidra. Being drawn towards gentle and meditative styles of yoga, she believes in the power of this practice to nourish the mind and body, and guide one into a comfortable space to retreat, rest, and find stillness.
